  1. Wrestlers must be 14U: (Born 2005-2006),  16U (Born 2003-2004) or Junior (9th thru 12th Grade) age divisions to qualify for the Official's Program.

  3. Register and wrestle in the local Saturday FS/GR Event
  4. Sign up each week to officiate.  There are limited spots available each week so the wrestlers can be trained.  Email Kenny Cook before Friday of the weekend event.  officialsdirector@teamgeorgiawrestling.com
  5. Events usually start at 8am and go until about 3pm.  You will need to check in when you arrive and sign out when you leave.  We do not deduct time while you are actively wrestling, but wrestlers that do not return to their assignment will not receive credit for the event.
  6. Wrestlers will need to eventually have blue/red wrist bands, whistle & a black polo shirt.  At local events they can wear their gym shorts, wrestling shoes & the polo shirt.
  7. Wrestlers that are competing in the Tournament and signed up to officiate will earn $50 per session credit (MAX $400).
  8. If a wrestler officiates at every event and all sessions of all events, an additional $100 bonus credit will be given  ($400 + $100 bonus = $500 MAX Total with bonus ).
