National team practices are for any wrestler interested and serious about being on one of our national teams (dual or individual). Attending these practices will help coaches to get to know the wrestlers and provides an opportunity for our best wrestlers to train together.
These practices are not required, but highly encouraged.
These practices are for 14U, 16U and Junior age groups only (wrestlers born between 2003-2009)
Please no youth wrestlers or beginners.
